D1.2 – Enabling conditions for the Crete REV-Lab
This report investigates the enabling conditions for the Renewable Energy Valley Lab (REV Lab) of the Crete Valley (CV) project. In this document, we highlight the challenges that can impede the efficacy of the REV Lab process, as well as the conditions conducive to the project's success from the perspective of local communities, stakeholders, and local implementation partners.

This deliverable outlines the Crete Valley Methodological Handbook, which provides a common approach for the integration of social dimensions through the identifications of challenges, strategies, methods and tools necessary for stakeholder engagement.
