From June 17 to 19, Crete will host the launch of the REV-Lab, which aims to transform the island into an independent, renewable energy system, paving the way for more Renewable Valleys across Europe.
Organized by the Region of Crete and the Minoan energy community, this event will feature the participation of consortium members of CRETE VALLEY, who will meet with relevant stakeholders and residents of the three Community Energy Labs (CELs) to introduce the project, visit the pilot sites and host facilitation training and co-design sessions.
The CELs roadshow will kick off at Lasithi Plateau and Arvi on June 17, followed by a visit to Arkalochori on June 18. The event will conclude in Heraklion on June 19, with an agenda that includes an information session on energy communities, a World Café session, and a Co-Design workshop.
Don’t miss this opportunity to be part of the future of renewable energy in Europe!
